- Usage Analytics: We run a self-hosted, cookieless instance of Umami to count page views — on our own server, the same machine that serves this site, so the data never leaves our infrastructure and no third party receives it. It records the page URL, referrer, browser, device type, and country. It sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser, and does not identify you across visits.
2. How We Use Information
We use your data solely to:
- Operate, calculate, and display your operational trading dashboard and fleet metrics.
- Authenticate your identity and protect against unauthorized account access.
- Deliver critical platform notifications and system service updates.

3. Payment Processing
All subscription billing and financial transactions are managed externally by our Merchant of Record, Polar. PropZilla does not process, store, or have direct access to your payment card details.
4. Third-Party Integrations
When connecting external trading platforms or execution tools (such as NinjaTrader), data synced between your local environment and PropZilla is processed exclusively to generate your dashboard metrics.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
You retain complete ownership over your account data. You can export your data or submit a request for full account and data deletion at any time through your platform settings.
