Welcome to PropZilla. By accessing or using getpropzilla.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
PropZilla provides an operational analytics dashboard and risk workflow platform designed for multi-account prop trading and portfolio management. PropZilla is not a broker, does not execute financial transactions on your behalf, and does not provide financial, investment, or legal advice.
2. Accounts & Access
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and ensure your account usage adheres to all applicable trading platform terms. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user who attempts to disrupt or abuse the Service.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
All billing, invoicing, and tax collection are processed externally by our Merchant of Record, Polar. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to Polar's terms and billing conditions. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date via your account billing settings.
4. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including the design, software, algorithms, and visual branding, remain the exclusive property of PropZilla. Users receive a limited, non-transferable license to access the platform for individual operational use.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Trading financial instruments and operating funded prop accounts carry substantial risk of loss. PropZilla does not guarantee account survival, evaluation passes, or payout milestones. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PropZilla shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, trading losses, execution issues, or operational platform downtime.
